Swapping out your lenses isn’t rocket science. But that doesn’t mean we don’t take it just as seriously. Our guarantee is one of the ways we aim to earn (and keep) your trust. It’s simple:
- If something goes wrong during the process, we’ll replace your glasses.
- If you don’t like what you receive, we’ll remake them.
- If we do all we can to make you happy and fail, we’ll refund you money.
A little about LensFactory
Some people are into cars. Others collect Pokémon cards. We’re really into lenses. Like, really into lenses.
Our sole reason for existence is to replace the lenses in your favorite frames, at a price that doesn’t make your eyes water. That’s it.
Lenses are the only thing we do, which means we know everything there is to know about them. Plastic, polycarbonate, high-index, multifocal…we stock them all. We even have glass lenses for those who aren’t into plastic, and Meta lenses for our tech enthusiasts. And when some company develops lenses for x-ray specs, we’ll probably stock those, too.
Ship us your frames from wherever you are, and we'll manage the process until your glasses are safely back on the bridge of your nose. And if something ever goes sideways, we're the kind of people who won't stop until we make it right.

Mail Your Glasses
Pack up your frames, plus your receipt and most recent prescription with your pupil distance. Pop it all in the mail.
